The terms that govern your use of the Valnero Ibiza website and our concierge facilitation service. Please read them before making an enquiry.
These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of your group) and Valnero Ibiza, a trading name of Valnero Concierge Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (company number SC891946) with registered office at 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4AN, operating in Ibiza, Spain ("Valnero", "we", "us"). They govern your use of this website and your use of our concierge facilitation service.
By accessing the site or making an enquiry, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. Many of the venues and experiences we arrange are strictly over-18s, and proof of age may be required on arrival. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the site or our service.
Valnero is a concierge and facilitation service. We do not own, operate or control the yachts, clubs, beach clubs, restaurants, drivers, villas or other suppliers we arrange on your behalf. We act as an intermediary, connecting you with trusted third-party operators in Ibiza and coordinating your booking.
The supplier delivering the experience is responsible for the service itself, including its quality, safety and availability. Your booking with that supplier may also be subject to the supplier's own terms and conditions, which we will share with you where relevant.
Unless otherwise indicated, this website and all of its content — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, the Valnero name and design — are owned by or licensed to Valnero and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and download content for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or exploit any part of the site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Prices for experiences are confirmed at the time of booking and may vary by date, group size, season and supplier availability. Quotes are valid only for the period stated and are subject to availability until confirmed.
We accept the following payment methods:
Payments may be taken in Pounds Sterling (£) or Euros (€), depending on the supplier and booking. Where currency conversion applies, the rate will be confirmed at the time of payment. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when the charge is incurred, and you authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for the agreed amount.
For some experiences, payment is made directly to the supplier or operator rather than to Valnero. In these cases, the supplier's payment terms, deposit requirements and refund rules apply, and we will make these clear before you commit.
A deposit may be required to secure certain bookings (for example yacht charters or table reservations). Deposits are typically non-refundable once the supplier has confirmed, as the supplier reserves capacity on your behalf. We will always tell you in advance whether a deposit is refundable.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide to us — including names, contact numbers, travel dates and group details — is accurate and complete. Where you submit details of other members of your group, you confirm that you have their permission to share that information with us.
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information you provide, or from a booking that cannot be honoured because details supplied to us were incorrect.
Cancellation and amendment terms vary depending on the supplier and the experience booked, and will be confirmed to you at the time of booking. As a general guide:
Some experiences are weather-dependent (for example yacht charters). Where a supplier cancels or reschedules due to weather, safety or circumstances beyond their control, any refund or rebooking is at the discretion of that supplier under their own terms. Valnero will assist in coordinating this but cannot guarantee a refund where the supplier does not offer one.
You may not access or use the site or our service for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. In particular, you agree not to:
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any enquiry or booking, at our discretion, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
If you leave a review or feedback about Valnero or an experience we arranged, it must reflect your genuine, first-hand experience, must be lawful and must not contain offensive or abusive language. You grant us the right to use, reproduce and share your review across our website and marketing channels. We may accept or remove reviews at our discretion, and we are not responsible for the content of reviews posted by users.
Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you send us about the website or our service ("Submissions") will be treated as non-confidential and will become our sole property. We may use them for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgement or compensation to you. You confirm that any Submission is original to you and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Because Valnero acts as a facilitator and not the provider of the underlying experiences, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, quality or safety of third-party suppliers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any booking is limited to the value of the concierge fee paid to Valnero for that booking. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland, England and Wales, save where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page with the "last updated" date below is the version that applies to your booking. We recommend reviewing this page before each enquiry.
